Stepping outside the box is scary. Abso-fucking-lutely. Going without a paycheck is scary, telling your family you’re going your own way is scary. But after years of trying to define who I was as if I was only two-dimensional, I decided that the scarier thing would be to settle never knowing my true potential. For me, the reward was this powerful unknown on the other side of a life half-lived, the antidote to a life that would be decided and laid out ahead of me.

Take a second to analyze what kind of relationships are currently in your life. Believe it or not, the people you associate with influence you. Find the ones that fill up your bucket and do the same for them. How do you find these relationships? Law of attraction💁🏻You attract the people you want to be around by BEING the kind of person YOU want to be around.🌟
Do you like have a large friend circle or do you prefer to keep it small? Does your partner bring out the best in you?

Do you self sabotage?☄️Things are going well and you're on a streak of awesome but then that critical inner voice chimes in and you sabotage your success. We've all been there.🤦🏻‍♀️The good thing? If you have a strong sense of self awareness you can consciously decide to act against them. And did you know you can choose your thoughts just like you  choose your outfit? Differentiate the negative with the positive and separate from the destructive thinking. Develop your own set of unique values and beliefs. How often do you say "I wish I had more time for myself!" or "I don't have time for that" or "I'm SO busy".

And it's probably true that your plate is full but when it comes to designing our lives we hold the power to decide what and who we want to spend our energy on.

So before you make the assertion that you don't have time to workout or finish reading that book that's been collecting dust, you’ve got to understand what you’re trading off when you tell yourself “I Don’t Have Time”.

If you say you don't have time to eat healthy, it's an issue of priorities not time. So ask yourself this important question.
